May be better option: Acne is common in patients with pcos and may be due to excess male hormone (testosterone). There are other drugs that may be helpful such as spironolactone which is an anti-androgen. There are very low dose and extended cycle ocp options that may not cause migraines. Repeated courses of antibiotics may not be the best option. Consult a doctor with experience treating pcos fo other options.
