Hyperhydrosis: There are many reasons for night sweats esp hands and feet. Make an appointment with your doctor to discuss the problem like tb, blood diseases or cardiac problems. It could be hormonal as well... Make a comprehensive physical exam for blood work and a full checkup. Good luck.
