Pain could mean infe: Fishy smell and pain may mean infection in vagina, or even uterus and ovaries need vaginitis treated if pain persisits need antibiotics.

Fish smell: Possibilities are bacterial vaginosis, and trichomoniasis. Both are treated with Metronidazole taken orally, and needs prescription.
