Anatomy: Could be due to the structure, elasticity and anatomy of your vocal cords. Best to see an otolaryngologist for an examination of your vocal cords.

Puberty Varies: Unfortunately, we all go through different pubertal changes at different times. Some people are "late bloomers" and undergo changes later. Please discuss this with your doctor. Some people have delayed puberty which requires treatment with medicines.
