Well, it can: Be difficult but i would say the blood with urination likely came from the vagina. Irregular periods at age 15 is not unusual, it takes time for all the hormone signals to work properly. A birth control pill would be very helpful.

Blood in urine: If you had vaginal bleeding, it is not uncommon to have some blood penetrate in the urine. I would not worry too much about that.
