Depends: Our brains all make spinal fluid and the brain is washed by and floats in this "water". If there is an imbalance of production and reabsorption the fluid can accumulate and may be referred to as hydrocephalus or "water on the brain". You can visit with a pediatric neurosurgeon who can explain more based on you baby's scans.
