Stress: Emotional stress can increase cortisol and have effect on various physicological parameters including decreased resistance to healing, immunity etc.

Anxiety Expected: Anyone having broken bones can be expected to have emotionall stress. Unless the stress prevents you from getting proper medical and surgical care, following doctors orders and eating and sleeping reasonably well, there should be no impact on the healing of the bones.
