? Unclear: In your dream is your vision blurred and you are dizzy or do you wake up that way? If it is in your dreams and all your dreams are different i would not worry. If really concerned call a therapist and have a chat.

If I understand: Correctly, the blurred vision & dizziness was part of dreaming? If you woke from dreams feeling dizzy, short of breath, with tunnel / blurred vision & anxious - then i might wonder about nightmares/ panic / ptsd. Dreams are symbolic in nature. I don''t suspect any deep seeded pathology from this manner of dreaming. But you can check it w a therapist if desired. Take care.
