Tonsil stone: There's no effective way of doing so. They represent the lining of your tonsillar crypts that is building up in the crevices of the tonsils. Some have those while others don't. Try salt water gargles, but cannot promise they will be effective. The best way would be to realize they are harmless and employ other ways to freshen your breath.
