Exercises front line: I would ask you to start Kegel exercises, a copy and explanation of which can be found online. These teally help strengthen and tighten the muscles of the pelvic floor, but are not a "quick fix." Your problem did not occur overnight, and zKegel exercises--like exercising any muscle group--takes some time. If you are faithful with them, some noticeable improvement should occur in about three months
