Kegel exercises (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kegel_exercise) and counseling are the only treatments proposed for Hard Flaccid Syndrome. These are exercises for the muscles of the pelvic floor. This syndrome occurs almost exclusively in men your age who've experienced trauma during sex or masturbation. Its etiology and mechanism are poorly understood.
