Neither!!: Use a good anti fungal cream. Ie tinactin (tolnaftate). Keep yourfeet dry and open to air as much as you can. Vinegar may encourage growth of fungus and bleach is just bad for your skin.

Athlete's feet: There are some excellent natural treatments for athlete's foot fungus that are highly successful. Bleach is not one of them. Apple cider vinegar can be used with the appropriate dosing and treatment methods.
