Ablation: Some cases of idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (VT) can be treated with catheter ablation procedures. For dangerous forms of VT, an ICD may be required to prevent complications. This should be discussed with a heart rhythm specialist (cardiac electrophysiologist), to help you weigh the risks and benefits.
