Probably neuropathy: Burning sensations are indicative of a neurological problem. It can be difficult to determine the cause of some neuropathies. Neuropathic symptoms are often worse at night . You should have a complete physical exam

Think neuropathy: Nerve issues due to a variety of reasons can cause symptoms like you describe. Talk to your doctor as soon as possible about this.
