If your tubes: Are not fixed you can still get pregnant after an ablation, but due to the ablation you are almost certain to have a misc. Since u will have no or in your case altered endometrial tissue please see your gyn because the 1st thing would be to do a preg test I do ablations in office but almost always either the patient or husband has been sterilized 1st, ablation does not always get rid of all tissue.
