No. : If a mosquito is carrying the virus, then one bite from that mosquito might be sufficient to transmit the virus; however, mosquito bites are a very common thing, and west nile virus is still relatively uncommon. Do not jump to conclusions just because you've been bitten a few times. The great probability is that you will not contract west nile virus.
