Mucocele?: Probably a mucocele. That would be when a saliva duct is traumatized. Tissue can block the duct and the underlying saliva glands swell up. You can try sugarless sour hard candy to stimulate saliva flow and see if you can reopen the duct. Otherwise see a professional.

Bubble: If it is a clear fluid filled bubble most likely a mucoseal and it should go away on its own. If it is not a clear bubble then i would see my dentist and ent.
