YES, But: I assume you have a red eye from a broken blood vessel in the sclera ( while part) of your eye. The vessel and blood will not come in contact with a contact lens, but it would be best to give your eye a few days red. Wearing a contact lens may slow the healing process. You may want to be evaluated by an eye doc to make sure there is nothing else wrong withyour eye.
