Fluid build up: Do you donate plasma often? If you donate plasma (protein-rich) frequently then the protein loss from the body can produce hypoproteinemia (low protein). In this state an accumulation of fluid in the tissue spaces, especially of lower extremities, can occur which can lead to swelling of the legs, ankles, and feet. I feel you need a check up by doctor.
