Smell of feces: is largely linked with our diet. Some vegetarians can have feces with little odor or sometimes odor that isn't unpleasant.

I guess, but…: I guess it is possible, since the sense of smell is subjective. I've never heard of anyone describing that smell as sweet though. It doesn't indicate any sort of illness that I'm aware of. Good luck.
