I do have slight menstrual pain a week or two weeks after my menstruation.what caused it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ovarian cysts?: During the first half of your cycle after your period, your ovaries are producing cysts. They function to produce estrogen to grow the lining in anticipation of pregnancy. Given the timing that you are describing, this would be a good explanation. One way to suppress cyst formation is with the use of birth control pills or the Depo-Provera shot. I hope that this helps!
