Depends on fracture: It all depends upon the ffracture type of the pelvic bone fracture.........If you only have pubic rami fracture then mostly does not need rehab but id acetabular or any wall fracture or open book fracture then yes, it is good to get the rehab.

Not for the fracture: Physical therapy after pelvic fracture will help with walking, transferring, and activities of daily living (adls) however it will not help with the healing of the fracture itself. Make sure you get up and walk around everyday to prevent clots in the legs and lungs.
