Tinea = yeast: With skin problems and itching, the most likely problem is related to a yeast infection of the skin on the breast. Given that the breast is also a source of other inflammatory conditions related to underlying problems, it would be best to get in to your doctor for a breast exam. In the meantime, try applying some Hydrocortisone cream!
