Different reasons: The first reason could be that some rashes show up more with warmth. So when you are asleep you are warmer and they show up more. Another reason could be something you wear that is causing the rash by direct contact. Check to see if there are snaps, zippers, elastic, buttons, etc. Than touch your belly and cause the rash to develop.
