A few days: The treatment for chlamydia is very effective and takes only a few days to clear after taking the antibiotics.

Partner tested: All partners should be treated before resuming intercourse. Re-infection can occur if all partners are not treated. You should not have sex for 7 days after single dose treatment or until after completing 7 days of treatment antibiotics. Unless you are pregnant, a "test of cure" is not needed unless symptoms persist, there was a non-standard treatment, or not all the meds were taken.
