Hypotension......: Is not a side effect that I have ever seen with Methotrexate administration. Indeed, cardiovascular side effects from mtx are rare, and a causal role for those rarely observed events has not been established. If you are experiencing a clinically significant drop in blood pressure, i would work with your dr to find reasons other than mtx.
