A member asked:

What does it mean if your left kidney is larger than your right?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: Depends on how much difference. Some 1-2 cm differences can be present normally, some persons are born with a smaller kidney and some persons have reduced blood flow to the smaller kidney , and some have reflux during childhood. This needs to be investigated for the cause , if significant.
