Yes: Spleen can regenerate by various mechanisms. Spleen once injured by trauma can implant itself in different parts of the abdomen, known as splenosis. Process similar to this can occur after the body recovers from serious infections. If the spleen is removed in it's entirety by surgery then the likely of regeneration is next to nothing.
