Sign of aids: I believe you meant the sign of aids. Unfortunately, there is no one particular sign of it. Aids is not a disease in and of itself. It's a condition in which your own immune system becomes so weak that it cannot fight infections that are commonly suppressed by it. So, the hallmark of aids is the insurgence of infectious and malignant diseases and their aggressive and often relentless course.
