Climax: Yes certainly - as long as sperm is deposited in the female ( as the male has reached climax). There are other factors like timing of sex during cycle, etc...

Yes, it can.: Climaxing by the female is not required to become pregnant. If sperm (ejaculate or pre-ejaculate) is deposited in the vagina or the introitus (area at the opening of the vagina). Then pregnancy may occur. Always use protection if you are not ready to be pregnant & to protect against std's. Take care.
