Full text please!: From what you are saying, which is a little confusing with all of the acronyms, you are late for your period, and your doctor has given you Provera (medroxyprogesterone) to "induce" a period. If you still get no period, then he recommends a repeat pregnancy test. Is this right? If you are, in fact pregnant while getting these medications, the chance of harm to the fetus is extremely low.
