It depends/relax,,: It depends on the cause of pain. If it's a migraine, then medicine may help it. If muscle pain, then rest and inactivity may help. If nonspecific, probably the best thing to do is simply relax as tension can be a common cause of pain. If this doesn't help, a visit to your doctor might be needed to find out the source of pain.
