I'm told that at 25 my body is in pre-menopause.. what should i expect down the road to happen? any dietary changes i should make ?

Relax: At age 25 I do not believe you are considered "pre-menopausal." (other than you will have menopause later in life). Eat well balance meals low in fats and cholesterol, and live life happily. On average, you should not expect to have menopause until 45-50 yo normally. Good luck.

I would have to: Question the diagnosis. Your symptoms may be fully attributable to anxiety and mood problems. 25 is way too young for even early menopause. A birth control pill would be a good test. This would regulate hormones and remove hormonal contributions of the hot flashes. I would bet that adequate control of anxiety, mood and sleep would get you improvement. Good luck.
