Dialysis: Early on it can be managed with dietary changes. Later on dialysis is needed to remove the impurities from the blood. The kidney transplant is the permanent treatment.

See below: Depends on stage of kifney failure , in general before the kidneys fail completely ie stage 5, control of bloof presssure and correction of electrolyte abnormalities, acid base balance, anemia and bone and mineral metabolism, after stage 5 it is transplantor dialysis.
