A member asked:

It's been 3 months since stopping birth control and have been trying to conceive. why am i not pregnant yet? i still have withdraw bleeding.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Takes time: Once a woman is trying to conceive, the chance of pregnancy per cycle is 15-20%. About 80% of women will be pregnant by the end of one year. It sounds like you are having regular periods, so it being only 3 months since you stopped bcp and started trying and aren't pregnant yet is normal. Give yourself a little more time.
