What are the pros and cons of medical weight loss using hcg?

THere are : No pros, since the HCG would be illegal, expensive and obtained on the black market, since there's no medical indication for weight loss -- because it doesn't work. Who knows what's in it or what toxins you could be putting in your body, or what harm it could do. Any other "hcg" doesn't contain any. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

Doesn't work: Many good studies show that the weight loss is due to the very low calories, not the hcg. Claims for HCG weight loss are overstated. The fda has found the oral and spray forms of HCG to be fraudulent and illegal. See www.Fda.Gov/hcg.

H HCg: Expensive and questionable. However, there are certified programs that offer the therapy. A great way to raise Hcg is by doing high intensity interval training. This is a safe and effective way to raise hcg, decrease weight and improve body shape which is what you are looking for.
