PCOS and pregnancy: If you have slightly irregular periods, you may still be able to get pregnant without much help. However, if your cycles are very irregular, you should get help sooner to use medications like Clomid (clomiphene) or Femara to help with more timely ovulation. Then you should be able to get pregnant unless there are other problems you didn't describe.
