YES, be concerned!: The shot may have worn off prior to the irritation, so contractions starting back up, you may have an abruption or other trauma, or many other options. You need to call your OB and go to your planned delivery l&d for re-check of the fetus and tocometry (to see if uterus contracting) and exam (to see if dilating).

You are concerned: Of course you are concerned. The worsening cramping must be painful and frightening. Contact your obgyn and/or go to the er where you can feel more secure - anxiety will only make things worse and more complicated. Try to reassure yourself about the baby's vital signs and whatever information you can get. I hope things go well for you.

Get evaluated.: If you are 29 weeks in your pregnancy, and having regular contractions - particularly if they are getting stronger, you could be at risk for going into labor for real, and it's too early! drink a quart of water - being dehydrated can encourage contractions, and call your OB provider.
