Localized pain: Shoulder tendonitis pain is aroused by companion muscle use & firm palpation of tendon-bone insertion sites. Shoulder tendonitis commonly seen anterior shoulder region from biceps muscle. Posterior shoulder if superior trapezius. Outter tip of shoulder if supraspinatus. Lateral upper arm if deltoid. Rest/heat/acupunc/massage for muscle spasm. Cortisone for "pain honeymoon" enabling yoga & aqua-pt.
