Top lip looks pale, while bottom lip is vibrant and red. what could this be?

Lips: Have you always noticed the differentiation in lip color? I'm guessing this is most likely a natural pigmentation and vascularity of both lips. If it is just a recent differentiation, give it a small amount of time, as long as there are no other symptoms, and if no change, see your M.D.
