Unclear: It sounds as if you are concerned that your vision is worsening for unknown reasons. You need to see your ophthalmologist for an examination to determine the cause.

Presbyopia: You might be describing presbyopia which is loss of accommodation in our visual acuity that occurs w/aging. You'll notice that your arms aren't long enough to hold small print away from you to read if you see w/corrective lenses. Or you take off your glasses to read small print. Or you can't read in dim light (due to pupils dilating). Anyway, that's a wild guess. Go see your ophthalmologist.
