Can using chapsticks all time cause any harm? i use it 24 hours as my lips are very dry. i use maybelline chapsticks (spf 16). thank you.

Dry lips: I can not speak for any particular product. However many products use wax to protect the lips & don't moisturize. You may want to select a product that contains moisturizers.
