Chapped fingers(especially index and thumb) on both of my hands. they seem to heal and then chap again. how can i cure them?

Chapped fingers: Check your weekly schedule and see when they are worse and when they are better. As a dentist and washing my hands all day long, my thumbs and index fingers are worse on the week days and get better on the weekend. My relief came by changing soaps. I hope a thorough exam of your daily habits is adequate, otherwise seeing a dermatologist is a great and fast solution.
