I would: First look at how much ibuprofin or aleve you take, this can cause gastritis. Consider trying tylenol (acetaminophen) for a while and try generic Omeprazole every day. Any fever or severe pain get to er, go in if this doesn't help. Tobacco use can add to gastritis as well as constipation. Gd luck.
