Hormones: Your symptoms could suggest a need for adjustment in your thyroid prescription or it could mean that you are in early menopause. Go to an integrative medicine physician and get checked out!

Probably...: But a full evaluation with trans-vaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopic examination (a polyp in this picture) will complete the recommended work up for these symptoms.
