Ovarian cyst: After you ovulate, the cyst from which you released an egg becomes something called the corpus luteum. This can be a source of pain. If the pain is significant, then call your doctor. Sometimes these cysts in particular can bleed into themselves and this causes pain as they get larger or start leaking. Check a pregnancy test too!
