Pregnancy: I can't tell you a probability. The only thing i can say is that viable sperm on the penis can lead to pregnancy if it is introduced to the vagina. This is why protection should be used every time you have sex.

Higher than if didnt: Any time you have unprotected sex, you run risk of getting pregnant. You also increase risk for sexually transmitted infection. Bottom line, unless you want to father a child in a mutually monogamous relationship, wear a condom each & every time you have sex, regardless of whether she's on birth control or not.
