Many causes: Chest pain can be caused by a condition in the heart , lung , pleural , chest wall , stomach condition ( acid reflux , hiatal hernia ) . The nature of the pain should be studied in the context of underlying medical condition , age , precipitating and relieving factors and many more . At your age , the cause of pain is most likely musculoskeletal . However , i would advise you to consult with your pcp.
