Acne: I can't speak for india but in the states, there are many acne treatment products available over-the-counter w/o prescription. It's just a matter of trying different things & finding what works best for you. Of course, if nothing works, then go see your family doc or dermatologist for prescription options.

Acne: Gentle cleansing, applying benzoyl peroxide, applying salicylic acid, antibiotic lotion, prescription oral antibiotics, exposure to natural sunlight. Extreme cases might need isotretinoin, which can have bad side effects. Your doctor can advise depending on the severity of your case. Good luck!
