Male. pain on urinating. little blood in the final few drops of urine and that is when it hurts. frequency of urination has increased greatly please help

Probable infection: If you're sexually active, it could be a urethritis. The blood at the end of your stream would suggest also a possible prostatitis. Regardless, you should be evaluated by a physician and treated appropriately. Less likely possibilities would include a stone in the bladder/urethra. I assume that you have never had urethral/bladder surgery and no prior urologic history.
